The standard link to a YouTube channel looks cumbersome and complicated:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
To make it easier for viewers to find and share your channel, you can set up your own custom link for it.
Custom URL formats look like this:
youtube.com/name
youtube.com/c/name
It's very simple to make:
Log in to our YouTube account
Go to Settings-Advanced settings-Custom URL
Click on "You can choose your own URL"
The page where you can select your own URL opens. There you will see a list of URLs that were created specifically for you. You can't change the part in the gray field, but you can add a few letters or numbers to the URL of your choice.
Check the box next to the Terms of use and click Confirm.
