Our legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent, so that you can fully use the Services and receive your remuneration from Us, in accordance with the agreements between Us and you.
3.2. We collect and store the following data received from the YouTube API services under the following conditions:
(i) the received YouTube channel revenue data is collected for the evaluation of the YouTube channel and stored for 30 calendar days after the application is submitted;
(ii) data on the audience of the YouTube channel, the number of views and subscribers of the YouTube channel, as well as a list of content, for the purpose of auditing the YouTube channel and searching for advertisers. Such data is stored until you (the User) revoke your permission to store and use it, and in case of revocation - no more than 30 calendar days;
(iii) information about the status of the YouTube channel and its success, which is collected once when submitting an application and stored for 30 calendar days;
3.2.1. Information related to subparagraph ii of paragraph 3.2 of this Privacy Policy may be transferred to third parties, subject to the User's consent to such transfer.
4. What We do with your personal data
4.1. Your personal data is stored on the server of the data processor and on the servers of the cloud storage of the data processor. 6. User rights
